Section 5: VERIFICATION

Log-on to our website (www.nfa.futures.org) select Online Registration System. ( Note: If you are already signed-on with the Firm sign-on, you will need to open a new browser or close browser.) A pop-up box will display asking for your user name and password. The user name and password are the ones that were generated when your application was created. If you do not know your user name and password, contact your firm's Security Manager. He or she will be able to provide you with this information. (Note: Once you have verified your application the user name and password are no longer needed.)

Once you have entered your user name and password, this screen will display. Click on the link Verify your Application.

You should select "Click here" to view your application. A PDF file will open up displaying the application that was filed on your behalf. If you find any discrepancies close the window and select "Click here" to exit NFA Online and contact your sponsoring firm. If the information is correct, close the window to verify your application by clicking on the File Verification button.

Once you click the file verification button your verification process is now complete. Select "Click here" to exit NFA Online Registration and click "yes" to close window.
