New Enhancements to the Annual Questionnaire

NFA Bylaws require Member firms to complete an Annual Questionnaire concerning their business activities. The information obtained through the Questionnaire helps NFA better understand the composition of our membership and allows us to tailor our regulatory programs to better serve our Members.

Based on feedback from our Members, we have developed a number of enhancements to the online Questionnaire designed to make the filing process easier and more efficient. These enhancements, which are available now, include the following:

• The Questionnaire has a new look and format which make it easier to navigate and complete.
• The Questionnaire has easily accessible Help text that provides clear instructions for answering each question.
• The Questionnaire has been made more interactive by providing error messages when information is missing or inadequate.
• Members will be able to obtain a printer friendly version of their Questionnaire at anytime.
• Members will be provided with reminders regarding outstanding filing requirements each time the Questionnaire is submitted. These reminders can be printed along with a copy of the completed Questionnaire.
• Members will be able to view and update their Questionnaire information at anytime during the year. This will allow Members to easily update their firm information as often as they deem necessary.
